I was in Paris for the holidays and came across the cutest brand called Paul and Joe. The store in the Marais district was really adorable and all of the clothing has the cutest most feminine details. I wanted everthing in the store!

Snoozer Looser Fall Preview

I just received the look book for the Snoozer Looser Fall / Winter line and had to share it with you guys. I have posted about New York designer Snoozer Looser in the past and I am really excited about her new collection. I love the mixing and matching of these funky prints and the styling is so great. The knee socks and brightly colored tights are perfect accents.

What I Want Now: Neon Fashion

Now that the sun is blazing and the days are hot, I want to wear bright colors and pretend I am headed to the boardwalk – instead of to work. These retro neon colors remind me of middle school (in a good way). All I need to do now is tease my hair and get a skateboard.

Black and White Tie Dye

Rose Gold - Perfect for the Summer

Rose Gold

I have a recent fixation with rose gold. It is the perfect metallic shade for the summer. It has that soft "sunset" feel to it and makes me long for evening walks on the beach and poolside cocktails.

Jazz Festival in New Orleans Fashion

Jazz Feastival

I am headed to Jazz Fest in New Orleans on Thursday and wanted to share this New Orleans inspired post for my trip. New Orleans is the perfect city to wear a bit of lace and old fashioned jewelry. But walking around all day you need a good pair (and of course stylish shoes). And last but not least some cut-offs and a rock and roll style bag with fringe and a long strap that won't get in the way when you are dancing in the streets.

Shown: Butterfly Lace Frill Hem $65 Topshop, Antik Batik Bongo Bag $320 Net-a-Porter, Gap Destructed jean shorts $25, Narciso Sunglasses - Roberto Cavalli $285 Forzieri.

After many months of dark colors since the spring has sprung I am totally infatuated with the color white. White jeans, the perfect white t-shirt, and dressy white sandals are all on my shopping list this month.

What to Wear Now: Spring Scarves

My favorite thing to accessorize with right now is a light weight gauzy scarf. It adds just a bit of coziness on a chilly spring morning and looks chic throughout the day. For inspiration I thought I would share these images by Madewell 1937. I think they did a good job pairing scarves with these spring time looks.

Military Chic Accessories

With the whole military inspired fashion craze I thought I would post a few items that won't make you feel like Rambo. These 80%20 sandal shoes ($149) are really cute and fun. They have a bit of a safari feel to them as well and will be great for tracking that coyote in Central Park. And the little bit of studded gold bling on this Pyramid Stud Stretch Band Belt by Cara Accessories $118 add just a touch of glam. Both available at Intermix.

My Favorite Gift - Cozy Neck Warmer

One of my favorite gifts I received this holiday was a neck warmer. Hand knitted by Etsy shop owner Yokoo Gibran, the neck warmer is the perfect alternative to a scarf. I just throw it on under my coat and I am as warm and stylish as can be.

My 2010 Fashion Resolution

As my fashion resolution for 2010 I have vowed to buy more classic pieces. I plan to invest in a few key pieces that will last a long time and can be paired with more trendy items to keep them looking fresh. For example, items like this Zoey Blazer from J.Crew ($145) can be paired with button down shirts and chunky necklaces and can be worn throughout the year. While this Crinkled Silk Shell ($88) in a neutral color goes with just about everything and can be worn under cardigans and jackets during the winter and then can be worn on its own during the spring and summer.
