It's our schtick and we have to own it, but sometimes the whole "IN or OUT" thing is awfully binary. Like life, the red carpet simply isn't that simple, darlings. On the other hand, forcing us to make a declaration either way has led to some delicious "ARE YOU QUEENS NUTS?!?!" responses and that's what we're all about here at T Lo. Making you yell at us.

In that vein, we're going with an IN on this one. At first glance, we thought she looked a little silly, what with her ruffly bra and all. But then we really examined her look. For one, she's wearing pants, and you know how we love a gal who has the nerve to break them out for the RC. For another, the jacket's kind of chic. And finally, while she is standing there in her bra (embellished though it may be), she doesn't actually look vulgar or too attention-seeking. She's just attention-seeking enough, we say. She's at the premiere of her own movie, after all. What better time for a "look at my tits!" ensemble? And considering how many tacky and vulgar options are listed under the "look at my tits" column, we think this was a good choice. It's fun and sexy; youthful and a little unexpected. Besides, it's more "look at my abs" than "look at my boobs." You probably shouldn't wear this on a job interview or first date, but that's what makes celebrities such fascinating creatures. Not only CAN they wear a ruffled bra out in public; in some ways, it's just good common sense.
