In or Out: The Ladies of "V"

Like mother, like daughter.

"V" stars Morena Baccarin and Laura Vandervoort attended Audi and J. Mendel's celebration of the kick off of Golden Globe's Week at Cecconi's Restaurant in Los Angeles, California. In true V fashion, they wore skintight dresses. Attagirls.

The Golden Globes have a whole week now?

First up, Baby V:

Y'know, this is flying in the face of some of our pet peeves (neutral, too close to her hair color, too standard a dress, matchy shoes), but we'd be morons to declare her anything but IN on this because... well, just look at her. Can you honestly say she looks bad? We can't.

And she has the most amazing cheekbones. You could hang your coat on them.

Mama V:

Again, she's a beautiful woman in a striking dress, but this time we're going to stick to our guns and declare her OUT even though she looks pretty damn good from a distance. It's when you get up close that the details start annoying. Well, annoying us, anyway. It's the ruching. It's a little too random and instead of looking like a design detail, it just looks like the dress is pulling on her and doesn't fit her correctly. Also, we kind of hate that collar. We just want to flip it out toward her shoulders.
