"Burlesque" Tokyo Premiere

What, no Cher? The hell with that.

Director Steve Antin, Christina Aguilera, Kristen Bell and Cam Gigandet
attend the "Burlesque" premiere at Roppongi Hills Arena in Tokyo, Japan.

No one cares what directors wear, so we'll skip him. Kristen Bell's dress looks cute and we applaude her stylist for not going with the white version because omg, kittens, if we have to look at one more washed-out starlet we might take up drinking. And by "take up" we mean "increase the amount." Also, Cam Gigandet. Rrowr. He looks hot here. Except for that whispy shadow of a thing on his upper lip. Stubble only works when it's evenly distributed. Love the suit, especially the color, which looks not quite grey and not quite blue on our monitors. He even appears to have gotten the break on his cuffs right, according to T Lo Rules, although the poor thing got them caught in his shoes. We've been there.

As for Christina, well... at least it's not horribly tacky. The dress works much better at a cocktail length. Bringing it to the floor only makes her look like Elvira. And we may have to add another rule to our growing list: No platform "Minnie Mouse" pumps with gowns. Isn't that just common sense, though? Are we alone in that?

AND WHY IS THERE NO CHER? Think of all the disappointed Japanese queens who camped out to see her!

She was probably all "Fuck that. I'm not leaving my mansion for this."
