In or Out: Kelly Osbourne in Fendi

Someone got a visit from the Style Fairy.

Maybe it's her role on the new Fashion Police show on E! or maybe she was out walking one day and stumbled on a patch of undiscovered gays who all lavished their gay powers on her, or maybe she's just growing up. Whatever it is, Kelly's been going out in one damn impressive look after another lately. We can't say we really love any one particular element here. The dress is a bit more complicated than it needs to be and the bag looks like something you use to store a couple Hot Pockets in to keep them warm. The hair's kinda big and the necklace doesn't really go. And yet, it all works pretty well. Definitely a case of the whole being greater than the sum of its parts. Some of it's attitude to be sure, but the overall effect is a big ol' IN.
